We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).
If you are outside the EU, please contact support@bubububo.com before placing your order.
2. Courier Service
All orders are delivered via DHL Express or other reliable courier partners.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During promotional periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the EU takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier workload.
For discounted or special sale items, delivery times may differ.
In such cases, customers will be contacted via email with updated delivery information.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

6. Delays and Issues
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but Bubububo.com is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact support@bubububo.com for assistance.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We’ll work directly with DHL to resolve the problem promptly.
